at least 2 hours for most homes, larger homes may take longer. we can discuss this during booking.

photos are delivered 5 days after the shoot. next day delivery is available with a $50 rush fee.

pixieset, a downloadable online gallery, will be sent to the email you provide. pixieset allows for downloading on a computer desktop and a mobile device.

photos may be used for personal marketing. website, vacation rental listing sites, mls, printable material, and social media. photos can not be sold to outside parties like magazines or blogs.

#1 we can shoot the interior photos and schedule the exterior photos for another day for a travelling fee.

#2 we can reschedule no charge. the choice is up to the homeowner, agent, or property manager. this must be decided before the photographer starts traveling to the home.

an invoice will be sent the day of the photoshoot, with a 5 day grace period for you to fulfill the payment. photos will have watermarks until the payment has been sent.

you will not be charged for cancellation if the shoot is cancelled within 24 hours in advance. if you cancel inside the 24 hour window, a cancellation/reschedule fee of $75 is charged. if we are unable to access the property when we arrive or the agent/homeowner cancels the shoot at/after the scheduled appointment time. we will charge $75.

we do not give out the raw files. all photos received will be professionally edited and delivered in jpeg format.
